What data we handle
When you browse the site
We run our own measurement to learn which homes, experiences and properties draw the most interest. It records which page was viewed, whether WhatsApp was opened from a listing, where you came from, such as Google, Instagram or a direct visit, and whether you used a phone or a computer.
To count visits it uses a random number stored in your browser tab, which is deleted when you close it. It uses no cookies, does not store your IP address and does not know who you are.
Only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics also loads and records how you use the site, the type of device, your approximate country or city and how you arrived. If you decline, it does not load.
When you ask about a home, an experience or a property
The form stores nothing. It takes the name, dates, number of guests and comments you enter, builds a message and opens WhatsApp. We only receive it once you send it. In real estate the button opens WhatsApp directly, with the name of the property.
When you message us
Your message stays in our WhatsApp or Instagram, with whatever you shared there. Both apps belong to Meta and have their own privacy policies.
What we use it for
- To answer your inquiry and put together a proposal
- To learn which listings draw the most interest and improve the site
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not build profiles and we do not sell it to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only with the providers the site needs to work. Each of them handles the data on our behalf.
- Vercel. Site hosting and server logs
- Neon. Database for the catalog and our own measurement
- Cloudinary. Photos and videos
- Google. Google Analytics, only if you accepted cookies
- Meta. WhatsApp and Instagram, when you message us
These providers run servers outside Argentina, so data is transferred abroad. Beyond this list, we only share data when a competent authority requires it.
How long we keep it
- Our own measurement, a little over a year. After that it is deleted automatically
- Google Analytics data, up to 14 months
- Server logs, for as long as Vercel keeps them
- Messages, for as long as the conversation lasts. If you ask us to delete them, we do
Cookies
The site uses no cookies of its own.
Google Analytics uses its cookies, but only if you accept them in the notice shown on your first visit. Your choice is saved in your browser. To change it, tap Cookie preferences in the footer of any page and the notice comes back.
There are no advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, update or delete your data. Message us on WhatsApp at +54 9 11 2312-7673 and we will reply within the time frames set by law.
Under section 14, subsection 3 of Argentine Law 25,326, data subjects may exercise their right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown.
The Agency for Access to Public Information, as the supervisory authority of Law 25,326, handles complaints and claims from anyone whose rights are affected by a breach of the data protection rules in force.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top.
